Charming stay near the coast!
spacious apartment clean apartment breakfast buffet
The two bedroom apartment was quite spacious with two bathrooms and balconies. This suited us well. The apartment was clean and well kept. I found that very important. I had easy communication with the staff. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen.

This location is quiet. bars and restaurants are within walking distance which is a plus. The hotel sits at the top of a steep hill. It is a bit removed from the busyness of the town. Access to the boulevard takes about 10-15 minutes on foot.

Housekeeping was very friendly. The receptionist was very helpful, what i loved. Easy check-in was great. Staff were always happy to assist. The staff who welcomed us at the reception were very pleasant, and focused on solutions.

The apartment included a good kitchen and a decent shower. Several pool areas offer activity and space. Hanging space was plentiful. The pool was heated in late december and early january. I liked aperol sprits at the bar.

an ok place for stay
laundry facilities nice bar dated room faulty door
i think the staff is nice. they tried to make up for the hotel not spending much money to make things better. the hotel had laundry, so i could wash my clothes. also, the bar near the pool was nice
the room looked old, i think it needed some updates. the doors to my balcony did not shut right. even the handle on the toilet door was falling OFF.

adequate stay with some concerns
poor cleaning disruptive noise
i encountered issues with cleanliness. the room needed more thorough cleaning, especially in the bathroom. additionally, the noise levels at night were disruptive, impacting sleep quality. there seemed to be considerable movement late into the night.

kind staff helpful ladies wonderful reception
mariane at reception were so kind and professional. she helped me always. the ladies at the reception desk were wonderful too and explained everything very well. they really looked after me throughout my stay here.
the restaurant menu it were simple and mostly the same everyday.
